Today, you'll find Linda teaching group classes and private sessions, guiding teacher trainees and connecting with IYT students throughout the studio.
With over 8,000 teaching hours of experience, Linda carries Yoga Alliance's highest level of experience & training recognition E-RYT 500. Linda is also a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) through the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
Linda's vision in 2013 was to create a space in which people of all shapes, sizes, ages and experience levels practiced together and supported one another in a joyful community. Feedback and reviews confirm that, thanks to a committed tribe of teachers and students, that has been accomplished.
Like many of her students, Linda discovered yoga at challenging time in her life. Overweight, out of shape with asthma, high blood pressure and recovering from a heel surgery, Linda turned to yoga to help her heal her body. She didn't anticipate the mental and emotional benefits, the changes she'd discover off the mat and how much the practice of yoga helped to reshape her body and her life. Linda has tremendous gratitude for her first yoga teachers and she has a strong desire to pay that experience forward.
